			<description><![CDATA[A few quick unadulterated reactions: 1. I am sorry to whatever extent I contributed to the problem, which I might have, 2. I am surprised you did not mention the cool-down run because we ran as one overall big group, three-across; someone might have been reacting to that, 3. you mentioned the warm-up, and I am not sure if you received comments about unfriendliness, but oftentimes when I run in the dark, certainly on Custis but even as part of my very early warm-up run on the track, I will often lock my eyes onto the ground ahead and not look up at other runners unless I know them-- in my experience I just don't get good reactions when I do try to say hello at these hours.
